Change is never easy and you don’t have to do it alone. As a compassionate and experienced therapist, my goal is to work with you to start finding solutions and help you start feeling better. I have been working as a therapist for over 10 years and love what I do. I work hard to make sure that I am providing the best services I possibly can and take my training and self-care seriously.

I believe that it is important to work with someone who understands the specific challenges of identifying as LGBTQ and is familiar with the community at large. Not only is creating a safe, supportive environment important to me, but also knowing how to address the issues that you may be facing as an individual or as a couple.

In addition, I have also led presentations for the AEDP Institute and the New York EFT community, I provide supervision for therapists and I help train therapists in these models. Before private practice, I worked as a therapist in the Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services outpatient mental health clinic as a member of their LGBTQ treatment unit. In addition, I worked in Greenwich House's AIDS Mental Health and Chemical Dependency Programs and developed a mental health program for college students studying abroad in Florence, Italy. With compassion, understanding and humor, I will work with you to help you build on your strengths and create change.
