On Detour, her 11th studio album, Lauper puts her signature spin on a dozen classic country-music songs from the 1940s, ’50s, ’60s, with guest appearances by stars like Vince Gill, Emmylou Harris, Alison Krauss, and Willie Nelson. (Track list here.)

Beginning May 9 in Nashville, where Detour was recorded, Lauper sets off on a 19-city tour. (Dates and cities below.) Tickets go on sale Thursday, March 10 at cyndilauper.com. Cyndi Lauper Fan Club members will have first access to tickets beginning today at 12pm EST, and a special presale (password: CYNDITOUR2016) begins Tuesday, March 8 at 10AM EST.

And just in case you needed a cherry on top, Cyndi’s got one for you. Select dates, including New York City’s historic Beacon Theatre, will feature a co-headlining performance by Boy George.
