Photography After Stonewall
June 5 - June 29
To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall Riots and the beginning of the modern gay rights movement, Soho Photo Gallery is pleased to announce the opening of the exhibition Photography After Stonewall.
Featuring over 70 photographs by 23 artists, the exhibition will be on display and open to the public from June 5th through June 29th. The public is also invited to the opening reception to be held on June 4th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
A commemorative, full color book of photographs and essays will be available for sale at the gallery.
Soho Photo Gallery is a nonprofit 501(3)(C) corporation which has been a part of the New York City arts community since 1971. In our street level gallery space in Tribeca, we feature monthly photography exhibitions which primarily include the work of Soho Photo Gallery members.
