Those who’ve never suffered their myriad tests of submission are often mystified why young people would submit to such torture, though some Greek system enthusiasts swear by it as the ultimate bonding experience. Now, the film Goat (in theaters and On Demand September 23) seeks to tear away the veil of mystery, revealing a practice fuelled by alcohol, drugs, violence and no small amount of homoeroticism.
