This fall, the historic Fonda Theatre is among many venues to host Amy Ray and Emily Saliers, better known to the world as The Indigo Girls.


It’s been three decades since the pair exploded out of the Athens, GA coffee shop scene, but their duets remain as relevant and beautiful as they were back in the Reagan era. “When it comes to writing new songs and working and performing with different musicians,” Ray explains, “every record and every tour feels like a completely different adventure for us.”
