Queer Comic Book Festival

April 8

Carmine Street Comics and zine purveyors Wabi-Sabi Zinez have joined forces to bring something super to the city’s LGBT community with their first annual NYC Queer Comic Fair at NYC’s LGBT Center.

This free, public event gives fans a chance to explore the alternative side of these thriving forms of storytelling, including comic books, graphic novels and illustrated stories from a variety of LGBT-artists and vendors. If you can’t make it, tune in to the action from home via coverage from the Comic Book Bears Podcast.
