Joe Carroll’s Fette Sau (“Fat Pig”) is barbecue made with antibiotic and hormone free meat from small family farms. The meat is sold by weight and served on brown paper. Fette Sau is definitely a contender for best barbecue in New York, and they have great craft beer and whisky menus.
