The Asbury Hotel
The 110-guest rooms come in an unusually wide range of sizes to suit all kinds of travelers, from queen rooms and king rooms to family rooms and suites to bunk rooms that can sleep up to eight. The essence of the rooms is simple, clean, and functional, but with many thoughtful touches—bathrooms light and bright, huge closets, custom made mattresses with lush linens and bath amenities. Black-and-white beach and music scenes will adorn the walls, along with classic music posters that reflect Asbury Park’s rock-laden past and spectacular sea-side views.
The Asbury is a compulsive hangout for guests, locals, and visitors. Our casual lobby bar, Soundbooth, offers a space where hotel guests can hang with local creatives over cocktails, games and nighttime music sets. Our two rooftop venues, Salvation and The Baronet, offer spectacular views of the town and the ocean. Salvation, located on the hotel’s upper roof, is the East Coast’s most dramatic outdoor social space. The monochromatic decor, lit only by candles and lanterns, also makes it the most romantic with cozy corners to hide away or relax. The Baronet, a rooftop garden with stunning views of the town and ocean, guests can throw down a blanket and lay with a book. By night, The Baronet is a carless “drive-in” showing classic and cult films projected on a 20-foot wall or where guests can enjoy live performances.
The Asbury Pool is the perfect spot to soak up the sun and enjoy frozen cocktails, a cold rosé or beer from our VW Bus beer and wine bar or delicious bites from our food truck. A vibrant mix of cabanas, lounge chairs and our fire pit make it easy to find you perfect spot to tuck into for the day.
