I have been married for over 23 years and we have a beautiful 17 year old daughter. As part of our family, we have a beautiful Maltese. She is 7 year old and her name is Princess Vargas. My life is very simple yet full of love and great dedication. I enjoy officiating weddings and have done so for over 15 years. I take great pride in being part of your special day.
