I believe there can be value in understanding "how" and "why" we have become a certain way and continue patterns that do not serve us; however, once we have figured that out, I like to get right to removing obstacles and having the life that you want. I believe in there being a "fit" with a therapist and a patient, and once we know there is a fit, I work very directly with sensitive insight and very caring confrontation around what may be in the way of you achieving your goals. I have been fortunate to have had a lot of experiences in the world and my clients often say that... "I get them"..., but most valuable is that I am a kind person with a keen sense of humor.
