Drag Race UK – Reading is Fundamental

Reading is fundamental! The Queens throw series shade this week in the reading challenge and put their creative skills to test for a supershero look made of lockdown loot. British TV icon Maya Jama joined Michelle Visage and Graham Norton on the judging panel as another queen sashayed away from the competition.

SPOILER ALERT: Challenge winners and elimination details from this week’s episode of Drag Race UK follow.

The British Library opened this week as the Queens read each other for the mini-challenge. Sporting 3-D glasses, each Queen threw shade and Sister Sister was the shadiest of them all as she was crowned the challenge winner.

The maxi-challenge had the Queens channeling their newfound strength to create Supershero lewks made of mismatched items hoarded during lockdown. As the winner of the mini-challenge, Sister Sister had 15 extra seconds to sift through the lockdown loot and pull items for her ensemble. Drag Race royalty Raven stopped by to offer the Queens some advice before hitting the runway.

A’Whora’s stunning blue ensemble earned her a much coveted RuPeter Badge this week. Tayce and Sister Sister went head to head in the lip-sync battle to “Don’t Be So Hard on Yourself” performed by Jess Glynne. Ultimately Sister Sister was told to sashay away.

New episodes of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK premiere every Thursday at 11am PT / 2pm ET, exclusively on WOW Presents Plus in the US and select territories.
