Viceland TV has a scintillating series on its hands with Gaycation, starring Ellen Page and her pal Ian Daniel, who travel the world to experience gay life in far-flung destinations. In this installment, they take their road trip to Orlando. Have your tissue box handy.
Page and Daniel, now entering their second season, have already visited places where LGBT folk are both celebrated and reviled. But in traveling to Orlando so soon after the massacre that killed half a hundred people at Pulse nightclub, they may well rip the scab off wounds that have barely begun to heal.
