Transparent Season Two Begins December 4

When it came to awards season, Transparent cleaned up.

Amazon’s critically acclaimed series about a family whose patriarch embarks on a journey to understand his trans identity took home five Emmy Awards — including Outstanding Lead Actor for Jeffrey Tambor as titular trans parent Maura, plus writing and directing awards for series creator Jill Soloway. Rumor has it that we’ll continue to see the relationship deepen between Maura and ex-wife Shelly (portrayed with depth and hilarity by the incredible Judith Light). We’ll find out what other new adventures await the Pfefferman clan in the show’s hotly anticipated second season when it premieres December 4. amazon.com
