Billboard has just broken news that in less than 24 hours of splitting with RCA, Warner Bros. has signed Adam Lambert.
Lambert, long a Metrosource friend, has been touring with Queen lately to the delight of both critics and fans. The turnaround from leaving RCA to signing with Warner Bros. happened within one day, confirming that we’ve long known: Lambert is a hot act and it’s no wonder Warner Bros. should want him.
What’s more, this new relationship comes with news that Lambert is at work on a new album with Swedish producer Max Martin and Shellback, a collaboration that brought us “Whataya Want From Me.” We’re looking forward to what new music comes our way, and as soon as we get it, you know we’ll pass it on to you!
