Barbara Mele

Barbara Mele studied English Literature at Fordham University, where she proofread and wrote for The Observer, the school paper. During college, Barbara worked as a florist and fell in love with that world – she now has her own shop in Tudor City where she spends her days when not using her eagle-eyes for Metrosource. She has three daughters, is married to fellow Fordham grad Pete Mele, and they live in Queens with a wild garden and an indestructible chocolate lab-pit rescue. Her goals include world travel and genius-level amounts of reading, which happens to only be one book a week!
