As a nutritional consultant, naturopath, educator, award-winning author, and inspirational speaker, Ann Boroch is passionate about helping people realize that the body has an innate intelligence that allows it to heal itself. Her healing wisdom comes through hard-earned experience: she was diagnosed with the debilitating disease multiple sclerosis at the age of 24. Enduring a tumultuous four-year journey, she put MS into remission and has been symptom free for 23 years. After healing herself of MS, it was clear to Ann that her mission and passion was to educate others about how to heal.
