That handsome guy looking at you on this issue’s cover? He’s photographer Eric Schwabel.

We talked him in to sitting in front of the camera for our April/May issue cover, but we fell in love with him for his work on the other side. He has a unique eye for portraiture, which he discussed with Paul Hagen for his profile of Schwabel, “The Psychology of Shooting.” We present some of our favorites here; see the gallery under Megan’s mug below.
