If you haven’t heard, NYC was selected to host WorldPride in 2019 to mark the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall Uprising.  Over 2 million LGBTQ+ friends are expected to descend upon this great city during June in 2019.

No, that’s not a typo.

The celebration is stretching for the entire month of June and it is sure to be one for the ages.

Have you planned your trip yet?

To get you excited, our People We Love partner Israel hosted an exclusive contest with Metrosource!

Zachary Wluka and their guest have won two spots on the Israel float during the WorldPride parade on June 30th, 2019!

Keep checking our promotions page for future giveaways and contests!

Why Israel?

  1.  It’s not nearly as far as you may think: just 10 hours from New York (it’s quicker to fly from New York to Israel than from New York to Hawaii!), or 14 hours from Los Angeles. There are about ten nonstop flights a day from North America to Israel, on Air Canada, American Airlines/US Airways, Delta, El Al Israel Airlines and United. Plus you can connect to Israel through dozens of European cities.
  2. Getting around is easy!  Israel has one of the world’s best and most inexpensive bus systems, with almost every city, town, village and settlement connected to the system. Not only that, but high speed trains link Ben Gurion Airport with Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and Haifa, and there are fast and, efficient and inexpensive train service throughout much of the country.  Rail travel is inexpensive and very easy to navigate.
  3. The eye candy!  But don’t take our word for it…
