London native Jessie Ware burst onto the music scene in 2010 with her single “Nervous.”
Since then, Ware’s music has steadily climbed the U.K. charts, and the artist’s smooth and seductive style has often been compared to that of Sade. Last year, Ware released her sophomore album Tough Love and cowrote the Nicki Minaj song “The Crying Game.” The artist is currently having a breakthrough moment stateside — thanks in part to “Meet Me in the Middle,” her sexy contribution to the Fifty Shades of Grey soundtrack. Currently on a world tour, Ware makes her LA stop at The Wiltern. jessieware.com.
