Tia Kofi Q&A

How was your time on the show?

TK: It was honestly amazing! Genuinely like stepping into the television set. The team behind the scenes are all absolute icons. (Shout out to Wendy and the Queen Team!) I’m so grateful for the opportunity, the experience and the critiques. I’ve made some gorgeous friends among the cast! I would do it again in an absolute heartbeat.

How did it feel to sashay away?

It was actually alright to be honest! While you’re there, you think the worst thing you could hear is “sashay away”, so when you hear it, there is almost a sense of relief! I’m still ok! I’m still me! Gutted that I couldn’t make it all the way to the end, but so proud of what I did while I was there!

What did you learn from the experience?

I was able to learn a lot about myself. I was able to realize a lot about myself. Watching it back I don’t think I noticed how much Ru was in my corner, encouraging me to level up. I’ve heard it now, so get ready for the glow up!

Can you sum up Drag Race in three words?

Tia woz robbed 😉
