Start your engines because Canada’s Drag Race is racing your way
This year has turned out to be the year of Drag Race, and who can complain, what with stay at home orders and sheltering in place. Coming to WOW Presents Plus on July 2nd, day-and-date with its Canadian airing on Crave, the inaugural season will also feature special guests dropping in to offer their expertise and help make challenges next-level fabulous. Guests include Canada’s Drag Race resident producer RALPH and choreographer Hollywood Jade; renowned photographer Matt Barnes; lifestyle gurus Colin McAllister and Justin Ryan; Crystal from RuPaul’s Drag Race UK; iconic Canadian drag queen Michelle DuBarry; actor Stefan Brogren; and comedian Sabrina Jalees.
Canada’s Drag Race will serve up all the fan-favorites from RuPaul’s Drag Race with a dash of maple-flavored Canadian realness. From Snatch Game, Rumail, the reading challenge, puppets, makeovers, and gag-worthy untucked sessions, each episode will test the queens’ talents and challenge them to master singing, dancing, acting, impersonation, costume making, and improvisation. Canada’s Drag Race premieres July 2nd on WOW Presents Plus, day-and-date with its international airing on Crave. Just announced today, the series will also be available in the UK on BBC Three.
Hosted by season 11 runner up of RuPaul’s Drag Race, Brooke Lynn Hytes will be using her uniqueness, nerve, and talent to judge Queens of the North. See the newest trailer
