Stars Attend 35th Annual GLAAD Media Awards sponsored by Ketel One Vodka

Ketel One Family-Made Vodka joined forces once again with GLAAD at their annual media awards ceremony in New York City. The Hilton Midtown provided the perfect venue to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community and the incredible progress made by powerhouses dedicated to advancing representation in the media.

One of the many highlights of the evening was this year’s recipient of GLAAD’s Excellence in Media Award, which was presented by Laverne Cox and given to actress and singer Jennifer Hudson for her work promoting allyship and acceptance of LGBTQ+ people and issues. Orville Peck received the Vito Russo Award, given to openly LGBTQ media professionals who have made a significant difference in accelerating LGBTQ acceptance, presented by Jennifer Lawrence.

The star-studded evening included presenters, winners, and guests including Ross Matthews, Amrit Kapai, Nicholas Koukouchos, Beanie Feldstein, Carla Gugino, Cody Rigsby, Daniella Carter, Don Lemon, Jennifer Lawrence, Jonathan Bennett, Kate Owens, Kristen Lovell, Los Javis, Mary McDonnell, Octavio Sanders, Uma Thurman, and many more.

Guests at the Talent Reception had a chance to enjoy signature Ketel One cocktails before the festivities kicked off, including a classic Cosmopolitan, and the crowd favorite Espresso Martini, perfectly dispensed a-la-minute from Ketel One Espresso Martini machines.
